Your business grew. Your systems need to catch up.

Growing companies rarely fail because they lack ambition. They struggle because the systems that created their early success were never designed for the next stage. Daedalus5 helps owner-led businesses transform their sales, customer experience and employee execution into repeatable systems built for growth.

Free, about four minutes, and no email required to see where your business stands — and which system to build first.

Sound Familiar

You've said at least one of these out loud this year.

“We're doing okay… but why does every month feel different?”

Owner, 22 employees

“Why does everything still depend on me?”

Founder, professional services

“New people never learn what my best people know.”

Practice owner

“Training takes forever, and three months later nobody's doing it.”

Operations lead

“Two customers, same service, completely different experience.”

Owner, home services

“We're busy. So why does growth still feel fragile?”

Founder, B2B services

These are not the signs of a failing business. They are the signs of a business entering its next stage.

The way you got here is not the way you get to the next level.

The Problem

Growth creates new problems.

The challenges that appear at $1M, $5M or $10M are different from the challenges that created the success. Nothing broke. The business simply outgrew the way it was being run.

What built the business

Personal, instinctive, informal.

  • Personal relationships
  • Founder knowledge
  • A handful of great employees
  • Intuition
  • Hard work
What growth introduces

The same strengths, now the constraint.

  • New employees do not know what your best people know
  • Customers receive inconsistent experiences
  • Sales depend on certain individuals
  • Training happens informally, if at all
  • Important processes live inside people's heads

The solution is not simply hiring more people. It is building the infrastructure that allows more people to perform.

The D5 System Score

Is your business actually built to scale?

Most businesses don't hit a growth ceiling because demand disappears. They hit it because their systems never caught up.

The D5 System Score measures whether your business is running on documented systems — or on daily improvisation — across eight pillars. Six measure operational maturity; the last two, Revenue System and Customer Experience, decide which engagement your report recommends. Forty statements, about four minutes, no email required.

Growth Solutions

Three doors into the same journey.

These are not separate services on a menu. They are stages of one progression: find the real constraint, systemize how revenue is created, then raise the standard of every customer interaction.

Solution 01

D5 Growth Audit

Find what is holding your business back.

Every business has constraints. The question is whether you know yours. The Growth Audit analyzes customer acquisition, customer experience, employee execution and your operational foundation, then tells you which one is actually costing you the most.

$1,250 flat

What we analyze

  • Customer acquisition
  • Customer experience
  • Employee execution
  • Operational foundation
Deliverable: the D5 Growth Blueprint. A customized roadmap covering current state, biggest opportunities, recommended improvements and implementation priorities.

Solution 02

D5 Revenue System Build

Turn your best salesperson into a system.

Many businesses have successful salespeople. Few have a repeatable sales process. We identify what already works, improve it, and build a system your entire team can follow — documented, trained and owned by your company.

Starting at $2,500

What gets built

  • Ideal customer profile
  • Sales methodology
  • Discovery framework
  • Objection handling
  • Follow-up process
  • Training materials
  • Sales playbook
  • Performance metrics
Outcome: a sales process that no longer depends on one person.

Solution 03

D5 Customer Experience Transformation

Turn every customer interaction into a competitive advantage.

Your employees represent your brand every day, but most businesses never teach them how. We audit the customer journey, then train your team on site — from a single day through to a full overhaul that documents the standard permanently.

Starting at $2,000

What the intensive covers

  • Communication
  • Customer psychology
  • Sales fundamentals
  • Complaint handling
  • Recommendation skills
  • Upselling
  • Roleplay scenarios
  • Action plan & materials
Outcome: a team that represents the business at a higher standard.

The Cost of Waiting

None of this happens overnight. It happens gradually.

Operational debt accumulates quietly. There is no single month where a business decides to become inconsistent — it simply never decides to become structured, and the gap compounds.

Right now

The business lives in a few people.

It works, because those people are good. Nothing is written down, so nothing is at risk yet — as long as nobody leaves, nobody is out and nobody new is hired.

6 months

Every new hire starts from scratch.

Ramp time stays measured in months. Each manager teaches a slightly different version, and the differences quietly become permanent.

12 months

Performance becomes impossible to predict.

Results move and nobody can attribute it. Forecasting turns into estimating. Coaching turns into opinion, because there is no standard to coach against.

24 months

Growth becomes dependent on the owner.

The business can only scale as far as one person's attention reaches. Knowledge continues to walk out the door with departures, and each exit costs more than the last.

None of these are dramatic events. They are gradual defaults — which is exactly why they go unaddressed. Left alone, improvisation stops being a problem and becomes your company's operating model.

The Future State

Now imagine knowing exactly how your business runs.

Same team. Same market. Same week of the month. Different business.

Every salesperson follows the same documented process.
Every customer experiences the same standard.
Every manager coaches against the same criteria.
Every lead moves through a defined pipeline.
Every new hire reaches competency on a schedule.
Every complaint is handled the same, competent way.
Every number on the dashboard means something.
Every improvement you make stays made.
That is the difference between a business that grows and a business that scales.
The Alternatives

Advice fades. Managers carry payroll. Systems stay.

What does Daedalus5 actually do?

We build the systems that allow a growing business to scale beyond the founder. That means capturing what already makes your company successful — how your best people sell, serve and solve — improving it, and turning it into documented systems your whole organization can execute. In practice: sales systems, customer experience standards and employee training built specifically for your business.

How is this different from consulting or sales training?

Consultants deliver recommendations and trainers deliver events. Both end when they leave. Daedalus5 delivers infrastructure: documented systems, training materials and frameworks your company owns permanently and onboards every future employee into. Advice is temporary. A system is an asset.

Where do most businesses start?

With the D5 System Score — free, four minutes, no email required to see your result. It ends by recommending one of the three engagements based on the gap between your Revenue System and Customer Experience scores. Owners who already know their constraint can go straight to the D5 Growth Audit, Revenue System Build or Customer Experience Transformation.

Who is Daedalus5 built for?

Founder-led and owner-operated businesses, typically $1M to $25M in revenue with 5 to 50 employees, growing teams, multiple customer-facing employees and an owner who is still the main problem solver. Common industries include cosmetic dentistry, plastic surgery, med spas, specialty healthcare, home services, commercial services, professional services and B2B service providers.

How much does an engagement cost?

The D5 System Score is free. The D5 Growth Audit is $1,250 flat. The D5 Revenue System Build comes in three depths — Foundation $2,500, Growth $5,000 and Enterprise from $10,000. D5 Customer Experience runs $2,000 for an on-site team training day, $6,000 for the 3-day team and management intensive, and $10,000 for the full overhaul with playbook, SOPs and training materials. Ongoing support is optional from $199 per month. Full detail on the pricing page.

How long does an engagement take?

A Revenue System Build runs four weeks from audit to installed system, followed by a 30-day refinement window. A Customer Experience Transformation is an audit followed by a one or two-day team intensive, with the training materials remaining afterward. A Growth Audit is scoped in the first conversation and typically delivers the Growth Blueprint within two to three weeks.

Do we own the systems afterward?

Yes. Every document, script, standard, SOP and training module is written for your business and owned by your company permanently. There is no license to renew and nothing is withdrawn if you stop working with us.

We already have good people. Why do we need systems?

Good people are exactly why systems pay. What your strongest employee knows is currently stored in one place: their head. Systems are how that knowledge reaches everyone else — and how it stays when that person is out, promoted or gone. The goal is not to make your business less human. It is to let more people deliver what made it great.
