Contact

Talk to the team.

Daedalus5 is small on purpose. There is no ticket queue and no support tier. You reach the person who built your system or planned your campaign, not somebody reading a note about it.

Email is usually fastest and it is how most clients reach us. We reply within 24hrs.

What we can help with

Before, during and after the work.

  • Before you commit

Not sure whether either product fits? Ask. If your lead volume is too low for a system to earn its money, if the contact list is too thin to work properly, or if nobody on the team has room to take the conversations it would reopen, we will say that rather than sell you something.

  • Changing a live system

New services, changed hours, a different booking rule, another route you want the follow-up to cover, a handoff going to the wrong person. Send it over — adjusting it as the business changes is what the monthly fee is for.

  • Changing a live campaign

A different offer, a revised audience, or another group of contacts you want an Echo campaign run against. Send it over.

  • Something is not right

Messages not arriving, a handoff that never fired, a booking link pointing at the wrong place, a sequence that kept running when it should have stopped. Tell us when you noticed and we will trace it.

Send a message

Would rather write it down?

This reaches the same people as the phone. If it is about a live campaign, say which one and we will have it open before we reply.

Fields marked * are required. A person reads this and replies during business hours, Monday to Friday. If it is urgent, call or text 937-206-5228.

What to include

What lets us fix it on the first reply.

None of it is required. It is simply what turns three messages into one.

Your business name
The one the campaign is under, so we can find it.
Which campaign
Which campaign it concerns, and roughly when it launched.
What you expected
What should have happened, in your words.
What happened instead
Including roughly when, so we can match it to a specific day.

Frequently asked questions

About working with Daedalus5.

Questions about the products themselves are answered on the D5 Growth page and the D5 Echo page.

How do I start?

Request a growth plan. It is a short set of questions about how opportunities reach the business, what happens to them, and what is already sitting in the database. There is no checkout on this site: every price routes to the same request, and a secure invoice is provided after the scope is confirmed and the plan agreed.

Do you decide which product I need, or do I?

We recommend, you decide. D5 Growth is for opportunities moving through the business now; D5 Echo is for the ones that already went quiet. Plenty of owners arrive convinced of one and leave running the other, or both in sequence. Where neither is the right answer we say so, and we would rather do that than take a fee for work we do not believe in.

Can one campaign carry several segments and offers?

Yes. Where the diagnosis finds distinct customer groups with different reasons to buy, the campaign carries separate messages, creative and response paths for each. Where a single focused offer is stronger, we run that instead. The strategy determines the structure, not a template.

What do you need from me to plan properly?

The growth objective, the service area, an honest view of capacity, the services you want more of, and whatever customer and lead history you already hold. The more of that we have, the sharper the plan and the fewer assumptions in it.

Do I see the campaign before it launches?

Always. Audiences, messages, offers, channels, quantities and spend are presented before execution, and nothing is printed, booked or sent until you have approved it. That applies at every price, on every campaign.

Is there a contract or a subscription?

There is no long-term agency contract and no retainer. A one-time Echo campaign is a defined piece of work with a start, a scope and an end. Ongoing Echo begins with a three-month operating period and then continues month to month, so you can stop after that with a month of notice. D5 Growth is a setup fee for the build plus a monthly fee to run it, and the monthly continues month to month — what you keep paying for is the system being monitored, maintained and adjusted, so it stops when you stop.

Do you guarantee anything?

We guarantee our own work, in writing. If we cannot get a D5 Growth system live, the setup fee comes back — and for the first 60 days after it is live we keep editing and tuning it free of charge. If a D5 Echo campaign produces no qualified activity at all within 60 days of launch, the campaign fee is refunded and you keep the segmentation, the copy and the report. What we will not promise is a quantity: not a number of conversations, customers or dollars. Those depend on the list you give us and on what your team does with what we hand back, and neither is ours to promise. Full terms, including what sits outside the guarantees, are in the Terms of Service.

What happens to the data I send you?

It is used to run your campaign and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not add it to anything of our own, and opt-outs are honored throughout. What we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Billing

Billing and cancellation.

Both products are quoted before any work begins, and the figure is agreed in writing and does not move during the work it was quoted for. There is no published price list for either, and both carry a written guarantee — the terms, conditions and limits are in section 7 of the Terms of Service.

D5 Growth starts at $1,500 for setup plus $899 a month to run. Those are floors, not a package: the real figure depends on workflow complexity, integrations, locations, users, data migration, communication volume and how much ongoing management the system needs.

Every D5 Echo campaign is priced on what the list is worth to your business rather than on how many records it holds. List size alone settles nothing.

A one-time campaign starts at $1,000, charged once, with nothing recurring. Ongoing follow-up starts at $1,000 a month; it begins with a three-month operating period and then continues month to month, so it can be ended after that with a month of notice. The Echo Pilot is $499, once per business, and is credited toward a full campaign or the first invoice of an ongoing program started within 30 days of the Pilot report. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

There is no checkout on this site and nothing is charged before the scope is agreed. A secure invoice is provided after qualification. To ask anything about a charge, call, text or email using the details above. Full terms are in the Terms of Service, and what we do with your information is in the Privacy Policy.

D5 Echo starts at $1,000, one-time or monthly, with a $499 Pilot available first. Every campaign is quoted on what your list is worth to you, and the whole thing is set out on the Echo page.
