About Daedalus5
We work on the demand you have already paid for.
Daedalus5 builds revenue systems for established service businesses. Not the part that creates demand — you already do that, and you have already paid for it — but the part that decides how much of it you actually capture.
Two products, one idea. D5 Growth installs and runs the sales system that works opportunities while they are still live. D5 Echo goes back for the ones that already went quiet. Neither is a retainer, a platform, or a strategy deck you have to implement yourself.
Dayton, Ohio. A small team of experts. Priced on what your list is worth. No long-term agency contracts.
Who you are dealing with
A small team of experts, not a huge firm.
Daedalus5 is deliberately small. Everyone here has run a business, carried a number, or sat on the customer side of exactly the problem we solve — and that is who designs and runs the work.
A small team is not a limitation we are apologizing for. It is the reason the work is good. Nothing gets handed down to a junior after you sign, nothing waits in a queue behind forty other accounts, and the answer to a question comes from the person who made the decision rather than from someone relaying it.
It also means we take on the campaigns we can actually run properly. If your list is not worth working yet, we would rather tell you and keep the capacity for work that is.
-
Operators, not account managers
Sales managers, owners and people who have been on the receiving end of a bad agency relationship. You talk to whoever is doing the work.
-
One service, done to depth
We are not spread across six offerings. All of the attention goes into the one thing on this site, which is why it keeps getting better.
-
Reachable
A phone number that a person answers and an inbox a person reads. During business hours, Monday to Friday.
Why the firm exists
Most local marketing is bought before anybody has decided what it is for.
An owner is sold a channel, a package or a monthly relationship. What nobody establishes first is which customers are worth pursuing, which services carry the margin, how much work the schedule can actually absorb, and what the business already holds in its own records.
Those answers change the campaign completely. Without them, spend goes into whatever the vendor happens to sell, at whatever volume the vendor happens to recommend, and the result is judged by numbers nobody chose in advance.
Daedalus5 works the other way around. We look at the business first, state the plan in writing with the price on it, and run only what has been approved.
A campaign designed before the business is understood is a guess with a budget attached.
An opportunity that is three days old and an opportunity that is three years old both belong to you, and both are worth money. They do not respond to the same treatment, which is why there are two products rather than one with a wider description.
D5 Growth is a sales system installed around how a business already sells. It takes the repeatable work between an inquiry arriving and a sale closing — responding, following up, qualifying, booking, reminding, recovering, chasing the estimate — and does it identically every time, then hands a person the conversation the moment judgment is needed. It is not an AI salesperson and it does not close anything.
D5 Echo handles what already stopped. Someone contacted, purchased from, booked with or requested a quote from the business, and then it went quiet. Echo works out which of those groups is worth reopening, runs a campaign built around why they engaged originally, and hands the interested people back to the client’s team.
Growth cannot reach a backlog that built up before it existed, and Echo does not stop a new one forming. That is why most businesses eventually take both, and why taking both is quoted as one engagement rather than two.
The shape never changes. A look at the business first. A plan you approve. A price in writing, a defined scope, and reporting you can read.
Boundaries
What Daedalus5 is not.
We are not a lead-generation agency, a lead broker, an AI company, an automation agency, a CRM, a software reseller, a general marketing agency or an outsourced sales team.
The distinction that matters most: we do not generate demand. We do not run your ads, buy you lists or sell you strangers. If your problem is genuinely that not enough people know you exist, we are the wrong firm and we will say so on the first call.
We do run outreach — on contacts the client already owns and confirms it may contact, never on a purchased list. And software sits underneath both products, but software is not the promise. Nothing we build is sold as a salesperson, and the conversations that decide a sale go to people on purpose.
We also do not close your sales. Interested people go to your team, because nobody knows your services, your schedule and your pricing the way your own staff does. The promise is that we find where opportunities are being lost and go and do something about it.
What a Daedalus5 product has to be
Three tests before anything gets a price on this site.
Both products passed these. Several ideas that would have been easier to sell did not.
-
A named problem
We can point at exactly where money is being lost, in a sentence an owner recognizes immediately. If we cannot, it is not a product yet.
-
Work that can be handed over completely
Not a platform to learn or a deck to implement. Something taken off the owner’s desk and returned finished.
-
A price we can defend
Quoted from something real, fixed in writing, with the scope written down. If we cannot explain exactly what moves the number, we do not understand the work well enough to sell it.
