1. Who we are
Daedalus5 is owned and operated by Corefront Digital LLC, Dayton, Ohio, United States. Questions about this policy go to info@daedalus5.com or 937-206-5228.
2. What we collect from customers
- What you send us to build the work. Your name and business name, the contact details we reach you on, your service area, how your sales process currently runs, the offer you want promoted, your logo and imagery, and the destination a responder should land on — a booking link, a phone number or a page.
- Access you grant us. For a D5 Growth build, the credentials or delegated access needed to configure the tools your system runs on. We use that access only to build, test, run and maintain what you have bought, and you can revoke it at any time.
- Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We see the record of a payment; we do not see or store your full card details.
- Correspondence. The texts, emails and calls between us about your system or your campaign, kept so that whoever picks up your next message already knows the history.
3. What we handle when your contacts pass through us
Both products work on people your own business already created a relationship with, so this section is about other people’s information that you hand to us or that reaches us through a system we run for you. The rules below are the same for both; the difference is only how the data arrives.
- D5 Echo receives a list. You export your contacts — inquiries, estimates, canceled appointments and former customers — and send them to us for a campaign. It applies to one-time campaigns and to ongoing monthly follow-up alike.
- D5 Growth handles them continuously. A live system sees new inquiries and existing opportunities as they move, rather than as a one-off export, and it records what it sent and what came back. That record lives in your tools, on your accounts, and it stays there if our engagement ends.
- What we receive. Typically names and contact details, sometimes service history, last job date, appointment or estimate details, or similar context that makes the follow-up sharper.
- Which channels we use. Before anything is sent, you confirm which contacts may be reached by email, by text message and by telephone. Those are separate permissions, and we only use the ones you have confirmed. We do not buy, rent or upload purchased lists of strangers.
- What we do with it. We use it to review and clean the list, organize it by what happened, build and run your system or campaign, send the approved outreach, and report the activity back to you. That is all.
- What we never do with it. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with other customers, merge it into any list of our own, or contact anyone on it for any purpose other than running the work you bought. Your contacts are never shared with a competitor of yours.
- Whose data it is. It stays yours. We are handling it on your instructions as your service provider, and you remain responsible for having the right to contact those people — see the Terms of Service.
- Opt-outs. Anyone who asks to stop hearing from us is removed — from a campaign and from any live system sequence alike — and we pass those requests back to you so your own records stay correct.
- How long we keep it. We keep a list you sent us while the work is running and for up to 365 days afterwards, so you can run another campaign or a different service against the same contacts without re-exporting everything, and so we can answer questions about what was sent. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point, and we will. Contact data living in your own tools under a D5 Growth engagement is not ours to delete — it is yours, it stays with you, and ending the engagement does not remove it.
4. Why we use it
- To build, deploy, manage and report on the system or campaigns you buy.
- To reach you about the work or your account — usually by text.
- To take payment and keep the records tax law requires.
- To diagnose faults and keep your system or campaign running.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
5. Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the service:
- the payment processor that handles your payment;
- the email and messaging providers that carry the outreach, and the carriers and registration bodies that approve business messaging in the United States;
- for a D5 Growth build, the scheduling, pipeline and communication platforms your own system runs on — named in your quote before anything is built;
- the hosting company where this website is published;
- anyone we are legally required to give it to.
6. Cookies and tracking on this website
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking or advertising scripts. If we later add basic analytics to understand which pages are read, this policy will be updated to say so before it goes live.
7. How long we keep it
Campaign records, including the contact list you sent us, are kept while a campaign is running and for up to 365 days afterwards, so a campaign can be repeated, a different service can be run against the same contacts, or a result checked if you come back. Message and delivery records are kept only as long as needed to operate and support a campaign, or longer where a provider or the law requires it. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your list at any time, and doing so does not affect a campaign that has already run.
8. Your choices
Write to info@daedalus5.com and we will, within thirty days: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. There is no charge for asking.
9. Security
Access to your configuration and any credentials you share is limited to the people who need it to run your setup. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
10. Children
Daedalus5 sells to businesses. This website and the services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting current customers will be sent to you directly.
